I am a client of MC's for over 23 years now. I went from waxing to massages to laser you name it! I love the girls there everyone is just so attentive to my needs and my daughter's. My daughter started out with massages from the amazing Louise at the age of 2 and soon she will start her laser, today she is 14 years old. I strongly suggest this place and if you go just once, you will know what I mean. Love you guys, Candy and Hope

I have been doing my lasser hair removal since December 2020 but what really made me do this review is my last section with stephany ( not sure if i got the name right). It was exceptional experience with her. She is the best even the way she applies the cream after the Procedure . She was so patient and caring. She did what it will get me the best results even if i paid less for the service. She was so knowledgeable she assured me that i wont get burned with the machine shes using and she covered all areas ( i did full body) in good time . If i would get other service i would definitely choose her and i just recommend her for all my friends and definitely i recommend her for you.
This review is more to warn people about gift certificates and not so much the service... I have been here before, the service is good BUT DO NOT BUY GIFT CERTIFICATES HERE, THEY DONT HONOR IT!! SO BEWARE!!!Make sure you pay with cash or other payment. Before buying a gift certificate, I asked the lady if it was paid in full for a massage, she said yes so I gave a massage as a gift. The person goes for her massage and they charge her MORE because they decided to raise prices and wants the person to pay up the difference, they don't honor the price u paid for the service for it and so the person who receives it has to pay for a part of it . I call the person in charge and of course, we received all types of excuses but there is no excuse for it and of course they wouldn't listen to us, they wanted the money..pretty sure they wouldn't be happy if it happened to them...but they needed to impose their views based on protecting their actions and so there was no point in arguing but just letting people know what they forget to tell you.. Unfortunately the excuse was that it's based on the amount you purchase not the service however we actually purchased a service and it wasn't honored. The recipient was booked for a massage .. Last Christmas, my father bought a gift certificate for my brother and his wife and they guaranteed the price in Kirkland, THEY HONOURED IT, unfortunately that didn't happen here. Shame as it is a good spa but just has a poor gift certificate system..
