Hi, Following our move last week, and as we are slowly unpacking, we have discovered much non sense to the way our belongings were grouped and packed. Hence, I am writing to express our undeniable dissatisfaction of the packing services we paid for and received. The ladies who came, Sandy and Rhonda, basically packed without given any thought. We found piano sheet music with bathroom items, children toys mixed with stationary, documentation, and a 1000 laptop (when electronics should be packed separately), and I just opened another box with random toys, decoration items, laptop charger with liquid soap and some topical medication (seriously?!?!?!) and from mid-way to the bottom of the carton box, all loose pieces of Duplo (toddlers lego). They never even bothered to pack them together, wrapped in paper, or put them in empty baskets that we had. Plainly put, it was way more dumping and packing. This feels a lot like a ripoff when we pay for a service that supposedly helps, but ended up giving us more grieve and inconvenience. I have moved over a dozen times so far in my life, and I hire packing service every time as they were all previously extremely helpful. It was worth my money. However, my experience with Mondem has left me disappointed and frustrated trying to find items that are not logically nor properly boxed. This is by far the most deceiving and disappointing packing service I have had. Also, Rhonda almost missed an entire set of 4 shelves if we had not pointed out to her and reminded her. She also missed some books after she packed the bookshelf. We honestly did not find her work competent nor passable. This has been a terrible experience. We expect prompt response in any case.
My move didn't go well, it took very long time for a small move. Was not happy but they have great customer service and they reimburse me the extra time that it took. It's a serious family company.
Une équipe super sympathique. Excellent service et mon déménagement était loin d'être facile! En plus, ils nous aident à démonter et remonter nos meubles. Je recommande à 200%!
