Rent increases are high. No improvements to the building to justify the increases. Owner does not want to hear any legitamite complaints, does not want to hear any complaints at all, he just wants the rent money. Very bias, bases his attitude on whether he likes you or not. Insults the tenants, has the attitude of everyone that lives here is either stupid and/or crazy. Let's one superintendent get away with not doing his job. Bullies some of the tenants, especially the elderly. Allows his superintendent to bully tenants as well. Does not correct situations based on fairness or what is right. Very slow to solve problems. Security is poor. Doors left open. There are mice, and ants. I do not recommend that place to rent. The management is terrible.
