I have had so many bad experiences with this JC that I actually had to come on here to leave a review. They have some of the most incompetent techs I have dealt with. On several occasions they have refused to fax my doctor; once I asked them to fax for my asthma meds because I had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment with my MD. Once was for an exacerbation where the MD forgot to send a Rx for an extra pump; where the pharmacist could have given me the Rx but the techs refused to communicate it to them. And these are just the last two instances that come to mind but there are many many more. I will be changing pharmacies.

I often go there. But today was the worst experience! I ordered my medication by telephone, at 3 o'clock I got my comfirmation that it was ready. I came to the store at 8h in the evening, gave my name and my card at the counter and you made me wait 45 minutes to grab it! Why?? After 45 minutes of waiting I came to the counter and asked what's wrong that I have to wait so long. The girl just went to the other room and brought my medication. So what's the point of wasting 45 minutes of my life??? Without even any explanations or \sorry\.

Very unpleasant person at the cash, I had made a mistake picking up one item at the shelve, and wanted to change it, I apologize to the lady for my mistake a couple of times and I had no answer from her, it was like she was not there...she made me feel very bad, she could have just said “it’s ok.” Or “no problem “ since I was apologizing.... don’t want to go back any more, after all I am the customer and it’s not my fault if the person supposed to help me is having a bad day.
