I'm a long time customer of Normand Plumbing. The team is really professional and they always know what has to be fixed. They always made sure that everything worked great before leaving. I would highly recommend them and I will use their services in the future.

The very next day after the installation, my downstairs neighbors was flooded. The plumber explained that my valves were obsolete, he never mentioned this following the installation. Incompetent staff, dishonest management. Will not accept liability for any of their mistakes, claims they never touched impacted valve despite me visually witnessing it and made me lift the water tanks despite charging an extra 150 for 1.5 hr time for a laborer to assist with manual labor. most despicable contractor in montreal and I've dealt with my fare share of disappointing labor
Called for an emergency over the weekend. The technicien came right away to solve my problem. Really happy with the service I received.
Excellent service / knowledgeable technicians. But watch out for their replacement parts pricing. This week I spent 334 CAD to change the igniter (basically a spark plug) on my furnace. The price included 141 for the spark plug (Amazon has same part for 54.79 CAD while E bay has one for 18.63 USD) , 50 travel time for the technician, and 100 for the 30 minutes spent putting in the new spark plug. (there is a minimum 1 hour charge for all home visits).
December 2013: they came to inspect our gas heating system. February 2014: the igniter stopped working and the heating system didn’t want to start. They send someone in emergency (after 17h00 and at double price). He told us a pump is broken and it must be replaced. I asked him to replace the igniter first, to start the system and after that to analyse other issues. The person came after four days, brought and installed only a pump and … it wasn’t that. He removed the new pump and leaved. After a couple of days, I called the company and they couldn’t tell me the status of our reparation (is the igniter commanded?; when it arrives? etc.). As it was in February and we live in a duplex (two families one week without heating), I called another company to replace the igniter. They came the same day and … the heating system is working even now. We refused to pay their last visit, when they installed and uninstalled a pump, because they didn’t fix anything, all that they have made is to keep us a week without heating in the month of February. Why I’m writing about that in 2019? A couple of days ago we learned there are some incentives to change gas heating systems and my wife called them, as they are Energir partners, and she forgot that they were the ones that kept us in cold for one week in 2014. They told her they have a note to never do business with us again because we didn’t pay them the last time. She asked them if there is a note why we didn’t pay them. There is no note about that. It seems with them you have to pay the invoice even if they don’t have the job done.
