Great experience and service received by Francis (beginning of March) We hear so often horror stories about plumbers and I'm happy to say this was positive on every aspect. Extremely professional and competent. Francis took the time to explain everything he was doing and there was no surprise up to the straightforward billing. Clear and thorough communication from the very first phone conversation where he confirmed exactly what was going to be done and how long it would take.
