AMAZING customer service! They were very patient with me and showed me all the product options I was considering which took a few trips from the front to the back of the store. They also have a wide variety of products which included some of the trending wigs I researched on YouTube. I will definitely shop here again.

Excellent new store layout and customer service care by the new owner and staff. Great selection of products. I am so happy that now I can STOP shopping at Hera and give my money to my own community.
