The wife was given an appointment, and when she arrived at the appointed time, she was told that she was supposed to come the day before. The wife could not be mistaken because this visit was very important to her. She was given a new appointment a week later.

I went there once, the receptionist spoke rudely and fought with me because I said I want the report in English (which is a single line report). In the end, the director wrote it in a very bad way with language mistakes. The Canadians are known to be nice, but they give bad reputation to our country, shame on them. Not recommended, I wouldn’t go there. Awful service.

Presented there and was rudely served. Provided prescription provided for local clinic and was told to wait. After waiting a good amount of time was told that they would call us back no appointments available. Called back 2 days later to be told they never heard of us and nothing is done. Management should seriously look into the staffing and possibly hire people with actual soft-skills that do their jobs correctly. Sad to say but better service is provided at the ER with a 12 hour wait time.
