DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! WORST FURNITURE BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! SCAM ALERT Bought 2 chairs that took 6 months to get to me and when they finally I opened the box and the legs were missing... How do you sell a chair with no legs??? Absolutely unreal. They won't refund me nor exchange for other chairs too.

ÉVITEZ À TOUT PRIX / AVOID I purchased 6 chairs in December. 4 were delivered 2 weeks after I purchased. The other two were out of stock, however I was told that they would be delivered to me within a month. It's been 4 months since I paid for those chairs, and they said they are not responsible for this delay. I wanted to get a refund/exchange, but they refuse since it is a \final sale\. I don't mind not being able to get a refund, BUT AT LEAST AN EXCHANGE (to at least compensate for their delay problems). 200 have been sleeping in their bank accounts, while I'm still waiting for my chairs. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This store does no returns/refunds. So if you want to buy here, make sure you wouldn't have any reason to return. The delivery people had no mask on. How you goan deliver to someone's home in this times without a mask. That's really bad.

Great place for decent furniture, great price. Service, above par, Gina and Barbara. no pressure, listens to your needs, will not, I repeat, not sell something just to sell it. Also very social, make you feel like a someone, not just a wallet. Only downside, no electronics, ie: television etc.

Really frustrating experience. I order a bed set A MONTH in advance, I receive 2 calls to let me know my order is ready for pick-up. I show up to the pick- up center in Lachine I wait -45 minutes and I have yet to speak with someone for my order. When I FINALLY get a hold of someone (random warehouse guy who was on a smoke break) he informs me that they only have ONE OF THE THREE PARTS OF MY ORDER. They just let me know to call my sotre and figure out whats going on. End of the story I was supposed to get called first thing in the morning (obviously didn't get called) so I call them and I learn that I will have to move and wait 7-10 days until I get my bed I ordered ONE MONTH ago. I absolutely do not recommend this store to anyone unless they leave with their stuff as soon as they buy it. Mise a jours: Le directeur de la place (Mounir) à pris la situation en charge. Je suis satisfait de la tournure des choses! Allez voir le directeur Mounir et il s’occupera très bien de vous!
