Asked me to pay 1500 a day---cash to release my goods...took 45 days to release my package......I believe them to have a shaddy business relation with LCL Canada to basically milk shipper and buyers.
The only thing positive about this company is their delivery driver. I didn't get his name but he was gentleman who did excellent work delivering 7 pallets for us. Other than that, literally everything else is terrible. When you call on the phone especially the ladies in import department they are completely rude. I called at least 5 times to get information which they could have provided me in 5 mins the first time because they refuse to listen to you on the phone and are in a hurry to disconnect. I called one early morning at their business number and the lady was angry at me as to why I was calling the number at 6:30am and then hung up. Maybe dont pick up business calls at this time if you dont want to talk?
