The employees and the owner there are very knowledgeable in the animals they care for. They give you the honest truth for each exotic animal to help you with your decision on whether or not to get one. They also stock up on some small animal supplies and sell at a decent price. Great place

Although I have had good experiences, I breed crested Geckos and I was very sad to see extremely molded food in the babies tank. Also a dead Cuban frog that was clearly dead for a while was decomposing laying in its bowl :(
