My husband is the nicest man! He is always in good humour and respectful. When renting some videos at Super Club Videotron he asked the woman at the cash a simple question, "does this video come with subtitles? Her answer was rude and she had a distainful look on her face. After going back today, the same woman pointed to my husband, telling the manager that he had been rude to her. THE MANAGER DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION, but agreed with her cashier telling my husband that he was not gentil!! We and others will take our buisness elswhere, after being patrons, renting loads of videos, for many, many years!
