This is the best place I've ever been to for an eye exam and prescription glasses. The staff are fabulous and very accommodating, I first went with a friend who had broken his glasses on a Friday, Zyeu set him up right away at a very reasonable cost and prepared his prescription glasses for him very quickly thereafter. I've just been back for myself and was very happy with my eye exam, the staff and my new glasses are great!

This is the first time I’ve been to this place because I was having problems with my eyes. I was really happy I went here because they really helped me out. The owner was very helpful and they followed good protocols during the pandemic. The doctor was also very helpful. I went back the next day to choose frames and to get sunglasses. The owner’s son was also very helpful. Their pricing is also very reasonable. They take their time to make sure they address your needs. If you want service with a human touch then I definitely recommend this place.

The service and dedication of this location is amazing! I had to replace the frame for my parent’s glasses. Went to a few optometrists and had no luck. Marilena at this location was very kind and took the time to find the frame at a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend this store for anyone looking for a great service and product.

On September 17, 2020 I had an 11am appointment at Zyeu clinic at carrefur Angrignon store on Newman blvd, Montreal, but doctor arrived one hour late to store. She arrived one hour late to my appointment and offered me no excuse. I entered to her eyes testing room and fell I was being rushed thru test. She was very impatient with my answers, I was guessing on deciding between lenses when she presented asking me “which is better, 1 or 2”. She didn’t give me enough time to decide. At one point, she expressed her impatience and frustration to me. Now am not please with lenses “New” numbers. I think the reason was her rush in doing the test and the way she demanded my answers. Of course, she was late for next patient and rushed me thru test.

Worst vision care service we never had. My husband wrote an email to them as below: I brought my daughter Sally Lang Huang to your store in June to have eye examination & make glasses. When I asked the prescription, your employee Marilène told me that it would be provided with when I pickup glasses. After two weeks, I went to pick up the glasses, there was no prescription at all. I asked her again, she told me that it had not been signed, and she would email to me once it’s signed. After waiting several months, I still have not received it. This evening I went to your store to ask the prescription, she told me that it’s still not signed. And she even blamed me that I could have called for this issue. Her attitude was very bad this evening, she event refused to apologize for the delay. My questions are following: 1. Why you can make glasses without a signed prescription, does this comply with the professional service procedure? 2. Why didn’t Marilène even bother to apologize rather than blaming customer? I have very bad experience with your store’s service, the worst service I have never received for vision care service.
