I had my upper lip hair removed at this salon - and only wish I'd done it years ago. It's not pain free - but it's completely bearable and totally worth it. Each session only lasted about fifteen minutes and I had 6 in all. Penny was my technician and she was just lovely - explaining everything as she went along. (the treatment room is also lush!) I would definitely recommend this place.

These ladies are the best. From walking through the door, a pleasant re-assuring welcome and not rushed. Talking to you about what treatment you may need, how the treatment works and your general well being. Laser treatment isn't instant, it does take time, but all that is transparent from the beginning. From my experience, I would just say " trust the ladies, talk to them, and gain from their experience and knowledge. Definitely a big fat yes from Me x x.

Warm, caring and totally professional. They also operate their whole business to standards that actually EXCEED the current guidelines which gave me the confidence I needed. Both Penny and Lynne are perfectionists and every treatment has been carried out with the utmost of care - no shortcuts - and plenty of TLC too! Results so far are fantastic. As it was my first experience of laser hair removal I opted to use the most expensive hair clinic available, to ensure quality and care was provided. I and a friend of mine both had treatments over 600, we were told that it is not a 100% hair removal service but most of the hair if not all will be removed. After 10 treatments, which was more than they had told us would be required in the first place, we were left in shock as not only had the hair grown back ticker, our skin had developed dryness and cracking. The staff members at the centre were not helpful, and had been completely rude throughout my visits. I WISH I HAD NEVER used their services, WORST EXPERIENCE, WASTE OF MONEY, and TERRIBLE PATIENT CARE!
