The surgery went great! But be prepared to double your appointment times. They say three to four hours but BOTH appointments we have had here have been well over. The first appointment was over SIX hours and they claimed there was a medical emergency. Our appointment today is over five and their excuse is the laser broke. Just like at Dr. Snodgrass' office they are double booking and it is the patients that suffer.

All the people I had dealings with were wonderful. They try to put you at ease, they do whatever they can for you. They even apologize if they think they could be hurting you. Everything goes nice and smooth and quickly, this to me should be rated 10 stars.

I've been fortunate enough to have 2 procedures here (will be having my third tomorrow). Wonderful experience from over-the-phone pre-op to check in to the surgery nurse pre-op, nurse anesthetist, in the OR, and post-op. Very caring people that clearly all get a long well and put your care first. My kids have had procedures at a different facility and it was a very different experience. Rushed, not great information, a TON of complicated check in process. But not here. It is always a great experience.
