Played today Saturday 5th September, first time I’ve played and having driven past a few times it’s one course I’ve been looking forward to playing. Weather was dry but a fairly windy and blowy day. The course layout is one of the best and a few very well laid out difficult holes to test even the best golfer. The course was well maintained very well and and a credit to the greenkeeping staff. That said the greens were probably one of the worst I’ve seen for pitch mark damage. The members need to take some responsibility here as they play the most often on any course. I think the club would do well to maybe put up some signage despite the fact that ALL golfers members or guests should always repair pitch marks on greens and approaches. A pitch mark repaired straight away will recover very well as opposed to one that’s left. It’s a basic fundamental piece of the golfing game that we all should do and I think on average I was repairing 3 on every green. I’m an ex greenkeeper and it’s a pet hate of mine. I’ll gladly play here again and hopefully it will be a better experience. The course and facilities are very good and this is purely constructive criticism...

Driving range was busy as usual, Due to restrictions it's a 20-30 minute wait, but the range is great with plenty yard sticks and greens to aim at.
Its a very nice place . My husband loves to play golf and on weekends i join him for breakfast, very peaceful and lovely environment. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.
Nice course with excellent facilities. Friendly staff who are always welcoming and happy to provide advice if asked. Good, well maintained driving range with distances clearly marked. Highly recommended.
Great setting but unfortunately we didn't get what we ordered. Very mean, only one butter which was hard and only covered a quarter of the scone. The scones weren't fresh and they had been microwaved. Person who served us was cold and unwelcoming. The coffee only filled half the cup. Very disappointing indeed.
