Ryan Kussman stopped into my business about 4-5 months ago and told me how they could cut my cost with my processing. Ryan also told me that they would send the letter of cancellation and send my processing machine back. On 7/9/2018 I received a bill for 44.25 cents from my old processing company, I called them and found out nothing was never cancelled and they did not have the machine. I called Ryan up and asked him for copies of all the documentation and tracking numbers. I was totally surprise to find out that they did not have any copies of any of documents they sent to my old processing company. What business does not keep copies of important documents. Below is a e-mail that Ryan sent me on 7/17 Fred, We cannot close your old account on your behalf. You will have to close through them as the principal of the account. Once completed, let us know what the cancellation fee was and we will cover up to 50% of the fees. We sent the package certified, however, 5 months later we cannot find the record with USPS. We cannot take responsibility for your prior companies misdeeds and lies that they never received it. Best, Ryan I find it very funny that he said in his e-mail that the company I was using lies and he has been lying to me from day one. If Ryan or anyone from Last Switch comes to your office, I would be very careful.
