Friendly personnel, nice location (close to the church and the tower) and tasty local products. Very recommended for an authentic italian breakfast or lunch.

THIS mom and pop eatery is what small-town Tuscan food dreams are made of. We started off our dinner with a magnificent cheese board, which was served with delicious schiacciata and freshly made seasonal jams and spreads. Every bite was delicious. For a primo we had a nice creamy tagliatelle ai porcini, but the star of the show was the cinghiale in umido.. We’ve had our share of cinghiale in Italy but this was so perfectly and richly spiced, it was undoubtably among the best. The prices were stellar as well - a mark of the honest and gracious owners. We had a lovely house red to drink, but there were plenty of bottles of wine at extremely fair (some downright inexpensive) prices to choose from as well. We enjoyed the cheese so much we took some for home from their deli, along with some prosciutto. The rich taste and high quality of these products is undeniable. Che posso dire... tutto sommato abbiamo avuto una serata perfetta. Qui si mangia da dio! Inoltre, Rita e Riccardo erano veramente simpatici e accoglienti - non si può chiedere altro da un locale! Torneremo presto!

This is the best pasta I ate in whole Italy. Linguini with fungi. And the couple who works here is so nice! And the coffee is good too. Of you are traveling by your car please come here and you would be so amazed by this little delicious place :)

A hidden gem. Very friendly owner and you won't find a better spaghetti pomodoro. Yum! 5 stars for the food.

Great place, turned up on a Sunday afternoon looking for bread. They didn't have any left but provided me with a loaf from yesterday for free. They sell the very best Tuscan Salami and fresh local Chianti. The food looked great as well. We will return very soon.
