This was a cute little store! I normally shop at the Colonie,NY store but they were out of a particular juice I buy, so the girl (I can’t remember her name but she’s always really nice & friendly) recommended their Latham shop to find what I was looking for. When I got there, the employee was friendly and helpful. I thought the set up in the store looked nice, it was really clean and relaxing. It’s not my regular go-to store, but I’d definitely come here again and would recommend others to do the same!

The staff is always so helpful and polite at this location..I gave 4 stars only because they never seem to have coils or glass that go to a vape I bought from them :/
Walked in was greeted by three kids. Told them to get me a cart for a Suorin. Tried to sell me knockoffs after telling me they wouldn’t ever sell knockoffs. I’m guessing the business has hit some hard times and is turning to manipulation consumer tactics and bait and switching for some extra cash. I got my replacement carts that were legit afterwards from them.
DJ and Jordan we've extremely helpful,knowledgeable. They helped Set up my devise and answered all questions I had. Very nice guys! Deff recommend this place to others.
