They diagnosed both my children and over the yrs have been very easy to deal with for medication and revisits.

I was a little nervous about visiting after reading some of the negative reviews posted by other users. However, our visit was very pleasant. The developmental nurse and nurse practitioner we saw were thorough, kind, and professional. Everything was explained to me during the process and the findings were shared at the end of the visit. I have zero complaints whatsoever. I have no reservations about recommending this practice.

Very happy with this practice, Especially Dr.Greenblatt and Matthew Hickling are fantastic! I was very nervous about this whole process.I truly trust them with my child's care and having his best interests at heart. Matthew Hickling provided so much information, compassion and understanding of our fears as parents that by the end of the first visit I knew we were receiving the best care possible. I don't think we would have made it this far if it wasn't for him.

My daughter completely missed out on receiving early intervention for her Level 2 Autism after two medical professionals, a social worker and a neurologist at this facility failed to detect and correctly diagnose her disability. The nurse practitioner was absolutely ridiculous with her evaluation (if you can even call it that). When my daughter made a brief amount of irregular eye contact with her she immediately dismissed all of her other extremely autistic traits. The neurologist looked confused the entire time he was examining my daughter, and when the MRI he ordered for her came back negative for abnormalities he immediately stopped seeing my child who was experiencing seizure-like episodes at the time. The second time my daughter was evaluated by a doctor who said she saw autistic symptoms and ordered the standard test for her... that the doctor herself did not administer!! A social worker/intern gave my child a 20 minute test and never once asked me a single question about my daughters condition. When the test came back negative for Autism without explanation, the doctor simply said “I can’t diagnose her. She’s too young. Bring her back in three years. Maybe I’ll be able to diagnose her then.” In the meantime my daughter suffered without appropriate treatment for years as the record of this unprofessional assessment followed us everywhere else I tried to have her diagnosed... and prevented her from a diagnosis until very recently! She has her diagnosis now no thanks to this disaster of a medical facility! Please, don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t waste your time here! Go to Albany Med!
