My nurse Maria, and my primary, Barbara, hav3 given me so much hope, and a new, healthier outlook on doctors who are genuine, kind, truthful, caring, devoted, understanding, nondismissive, sweet, and absolutely loving. I feel like I'm at home with family, or close friends whenever I have my appointments. They are so friendly, and so easy to talk to. It is so easy for me to open up to the both of them. They come up with plans to help with whatever medical help you need. They really do take the time to ask all the right questions in such a caring, noninvasive way. I absolutely recommend Barb, and Maria 1,000,000%, and I have indeed recommended them both to friends, and family. I feel so safe, and never judged when I talk about issues, and I am never made to feel ashamed, or guilty. I am ALWAYS supported by both Barb, and Maria. Both of those ladies are absolutely lovely, amazing, and I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for them regarding both my mental health, and physical. They both are the true definition of women in the medical field who genuinely care about their patients, and we need so many more like them both. Absolutely amazing women, so professional, so kind.

I have had 5 different primary care doctors in the past few years because they keep leaving. I understand the practice is overwhelmed, but the care I have received over the years has become very depersonalized. I was told I had to choose a new primary care doctor the other day but the process of doing so is very convoluted. The man that called me told me I had to do it online but I signed in to the patient portal and could not find the ability to choose a new one. At this point, I am afraid to choose a new one because they may leave in a year or so like the previous 5 providers. I'd recommend going elsewhere if possible.

We are new to Albany. I tried to make an appointment with an Internist to do annual physical check up. 50 minutes on the phone yesterday listening to super annoying music, recorded msgs on how awesome (horrible) is their portal, how they CCP comply with CDC, and getting transferred multiple times just to get back to the first person by the end. Just called again, and I am 30 minutes into it, and same outcome. Really?!!! Is this the case in Albany in general? or is it just CCP?!! Is there no competition in Albany so they can afford to do this?

Well...when Dr. Tumalari was there I never had any issues. Since she has left it is one thing after another. I was just told my husband is no longer a patient because they are down sizing. She says notice was sent out, I doubt I would miss a notice telling me he no longer has a doctor. Says I should have called to be assigned to a new doctor. Well excuse him for being healthy enough to only need a physical yearly. Why didn't you call and say that his doctor is leaving who would you like to see going forward. We have been in office for COVID-19 testing. No mention of him not being a patient. We came in for flu shots. No mention then either. They gladly accepted our insurance payments with no problem. Apparently the doctors have decided to \close\ their practice. No notice. It's ridiculous. So now I'm looking for new providers for both of us. Why would I keep myself here but have to send my husband somewhere else. Im so freaking annoyed!!

What a joke of a healthcare group. Closed the best office around in Niskayuna and converted them to a bunch of Who Cares about your Community staff. Daughter's care has been delayed for 4 days because they wont see her because of covid-19. Went for test, which they sent her to and have the results, she tested negative and they still wont see her about her breathing issues. WTH!!! She has been a patient there since birth. They already know she has breathing issues, so it is not big surprise. Need to take the Community and Care out of the name because they are neither. Urgent care was a joke too. was in there less than 10 minutes. So instead of doing things the right way, being forced to an ER to get treatment. Guess we will be looking for a new family doctor office.
