Terrible scheduling. I had to wait one hour in the car with my 9 year old because they booked someone else in my appointment. They didn't even seem to feel bad about it.

With all the craziness going on and the salons open I am so thankful I was able to get my daughter in the same day for an appt. The ladies were exceptionally nice and very professional. My daughter is very happy with her cut and style. Thank you Jean Paul! We will be back in the future.
I cannot recommend this salon highly enough due to my favorite master stylist, Rosa. She is exceptional and I have never had someone so experienced and detail oriented as she is. Every time I have had my hair done by Rosa she is completely committed to giving you a style you are happy with, as well as one that complements your hair type and desired color (if dyeing). Absolutely unparalleled talent. I always look forward to getting my hair done by Rosa at Jean Paul because I have tried many new styles and colors with her expertise. Her guidance and recommendations have always worked out and exceeded my expectations. Tremendous quality, service and she sets the bar very high with her skill.
Tatiana is an exceptional stylist and always does a beautiful job with my hair!! She always goes above and beyond and takes such good care of me with my injuries. She is truly an amazing person!!
