This was my first time at this place. I went for eyebrow threading, which was 12, pretty standard (Arch at Crossgates charges 11). I came in for a 5pm appointment and they called me in five minutes. The lady was very nice and she worked very quickly. I was worried because I thought she would mess up. In five minutes she cleaned up the eyebrows that I had been growing since March. They looked perfect. I'm so happy with my experience and I'm going to go back soon for henna.

This is a great place to get your brows done. I have very thick eyebrows which grow in significantly every two weeks, and I always look forward to getting them done. Every member of the staff here that has ever done my brows has done an excellent job, and they are all very nice and friendly. They always keep my brows thick like I ask and clean them up and shape them perfectly. I have never had issues with having them threaded too thin, just be clear with what you want. Thank you ladies!

Clearly stated do not make my eyebrows thin, but the person who did my eyebrows still made them thin! And she didn’t even shaped it right! Not going there again

Went here prior to my wedding on a whim because it was close-by. I am 100% pleased. 2 weeks out and my brows still look amazing. Not too thin, not too thick, shaped very nicely.
