Had a fantastic first experience here today. Booking was done online, straightforward, and I was given a follow up phone call to make sure I made the right selections. Despite me running behind, Paula (the owner and my esthetician) was very friendly and understanding. She still finished in a timely manner AND the results were excellent. The room was also kept quite clean and she ensured me that they sanitized the surfaces that I would contact. The building itself looked great inside and out. Lastly, Paula is engaging, fun to talk to, and made the experience calming and enjoyable. She is experienced and enjoys her work. I absolutely know who to return to for my next wax!

Best hair salon, in my opinion. Staff is super nice. Salon is immaculate and atmosphere is very pleasant. Sara is as nice as she is talented. I love how she colors and cuts my hair. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
The Image Studio is special for multiple reasons. The people, the services and the atmosphere. I typically schedule appointments for facials and hair styling, however, the waxing services are very good as well. This soothing environment and friendly, professional staff keep me coming back. I appreciate that the staff are constantly learning, reading to further their craft. The prices are comparable to other salons but the level of expertise is a cut above. No pun intended.
