My mother called this place to make a found bird report for a parakeet. The lady on the phone tried to get her to give her home address and said that my mother had to turn him into the shelter. And that if she didn't, she was harboring stolen property? Yeah, I think not. We foster cats untill the owner is found. We work with shelters and have never once heard this. Absolutely rude and unnecessarily threatening. No.
