Vanguard does a great job cleaning our 5 different locations. If you have any issues, they are VERY responsive . They listen and rectify the issue immediately. The products they use are of good quality too! The great thing about Vanguard is that they can customize your cleaning needs - and at a reasonable price! I love working with management as well as our crews. Their crews are highly respectful and really pride themselves with their good work.

Superior service received from Vanguard. They were hired for an emergency at our retail location, and they were prompt to respond to our request. They understood our needs and urgency of our problem. Vanguard Cleaning System has been amazing to us. They have been with us for 2 years and counting. We were in the market for a new cleaning company due to the unsatisfactory of our old one and I have to say we made an excellent choice. They are very professional and thorough, responsive to any last minute or extra request needed. They are so compassionate that even our cleaners come out and check up to make sure things are going smooth and we are happy with there service. As our business and needs continue to grow I can count on Vanguard to accommodate them.
Since starting with Vanguard four years ago, service has been consistently great. Cylie does a wonderful job of communicating, coordinating and providing excellent customer service. I am more than thankful to Ezequiel Ruiz and our cleaning crew as they are efficient, effective, respectful, professional, thorough and go above and beyond. There hasn't been a single break in performance, which is NOT the norm with other janitorial companies. New crews always start out strong and then taper off in quality...not Ezequiel!
I am very pleased with Amil the Brand Services Representative for the central valley. He's very personable and thorough in making sure cleaning has been handled as requested. He is very open to suggestions and always follows through with our requests.
