At first the person who was handling my case was very professional and prompt. After I sent all the documentation necessary, she disappeared. Doesn't answer the phone or emails. In fact, I haven't been able to speak with anyone for a month. I'm very disappointed since I had to pay for an appointment and then she just disappeared.
