Oliver Waldchmidt kindly assisted me during my purchase of a beautiful G11 750d Individual. He had the car cleaned and even filled with a full tank of gas for a test drive at the appointed time (late Oct 2019). He was extremely kind and helpful during the sale of this car. Then I arranged for the car to be placed on an LKW by a car transport company at the dealership and sent to Belarus (late Nov 2019). Then the car was exported from the EU through Lithuania and then registered in Belarus. Unfortunately, Autohaus Rhein Tauberfranken has steadfastly refused to return approximately 10,000 euros of VAT to me as they had promised prior to sale. They insist that I must provide some documentation from, or exercise some control over the actions of, the Lithuanian border control, but of course such is not possible because I am not able to control such border agents. I have fully demonstrated that the car is registered properly in Belarus and has even re-entered the EU on Belarussian license plates already in December 2019. Nevertheless as of this writing in early September 2020, I still have not received my money back and am now forced to hire an attorney to proceed with the matter. The car has been great, but the experience is one I surely would not repeat. Do NOT buy for export because you will not receive your VAT like they will promise you!

I bought a BMW X3 in the middle of december. When I got the car, the tires were not the same, as on the photo and all the four tire pressure sensor were missing. That was really not very kind of you.

Bis zum abholen des Neuwagens war alles freundlich. Leider danach nicht mehr. Absprachen wurden zum Ende hin nicht eingehalten. Junge Fahrer werden nicht kundenfreundlich behandelt. Ersatzwagen bei Serviceterminen leider kostenpflichtig. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich für einen Premiumhändler.
