Staff are always lovely and helpful except one. Today, he was wearing a mask and I don't think he realised or cared that people could hear his remarks from behind the mask, so impatient. When we left he was being rude to someone else. Everything else fine and easy to park.

In a good location in the own square Costa is a convenient pace for a break or to meet up with friends. The coffee and food is up to the usual high standard, but what makes this bracnh shine above others is the really friendly attitude of the staff. You always get a cheery welcome and they actually appear really interested in their clustomers - a rare commodity these days.... well done all.
Won’t be visiting this particular Costa again, I’ll drive down the road and use one of the others. Second time I’ve recently been served by a very rude and patronising man. Think he needs customer service training.......urgently.
