These guys are horrible at delivery in South Cornwall. They sent my purchase from a company in st Austell to Glasgow and today this tracking number 913456216312 FedEx didn't even show up or give explanation as to why at 16:30 the package was back at Launceston when it left that depot at 9:30am. This item at 1800 I waited all day for, no call, no text only a text saying delivery was going to be between 8 and 1800. FedEx Launceston are horrible and Today I cancelled the order with the company that I bought it from. I will not accept this delivery if FedEx bothers to deliver it. FedEx Launceston clearly has a problem delivering in South Cornwall. FedEx caused this. Just a horrible operation at FedEx in Launceston.
