Launceston is approx. 20 miles from where we live. So a little to far away to pop in for fish and chips. BUT whenever I am passing through, as was the case earlier today. I cant resist in popping in. As per normal the food was cooked whilst I waited. Was well presented and was very tasty.

Without doubt the best chips in the country. Had 3 meals from Francines in the last month or so and each time spot on. Never known such good continuity from any other chip shop.
