I recently had 2 pieces of needlework that I wanted re-framed. I had been recommended to Launceston Framing and was not disappointed. The service, advice and friendliness was second to none, and at a very reasonable price. Needless to say I am delighted with my pictures they have been given a new lease of life and look beautiful now hanging on my wall. We gave Phil a difficult job, mounting and framing a silk scarf. He went to the trouble of sourcing a special backing, so the silk would lay fla , not stretch or buckle. I was unsure how it would turn out and anxious because it seemed a considerable investment of our hard earned cash. I need not have worried, Phil took so much care and time getting it perfect that the cost became irrelevant and the finished job exceeded expectations. We have used other framers in the past but Phil’s expertise and professionalism outstrips them all. We go back again and again with things and his framing can elevates the humblest peice. You can hand over your precious and treasured pictures with confidence. Highly recommended. .
