We have boarded our 3 dogs with Julie and her amazing staff for 12 years. When we pulled off of the A30 their heads would come up, they knew where they were going. With not so much as a backward glance, they were off down to the field. Sadly I have just lost my 14 and a half year dog . But when we make it back to Cornwalk, we will pop in, miss us dogs just to say hullo. I cannot sing the praises of Keburnick highly enough. Everyone really loves dogs and the dogs have a great time.

Editing my review. If I could give 0 stars I would. When we dropped our cat and dog off, the owner wasn't paying any attention and walked off to speak to another customer. Both were led away, leaving me unable to check where they were being put and that they had all they needed. I asked, but the staff member flat out refused to let me in. Cat is quite nervous and is easily freaked out, we gave them a blanket for her and they didn't put it in her cage so she had none of her comforts for the entire week. Couldn't get hold of them by phone for hours when I needed to speak to them during the stay. Arrived to pick them up after travelling for 12h and they couldn't find any of their stuff, food bowls, blanket, cat's medicine (which makes me think they never administered it) and when I told them to find all their belongings and call me, after 4 days they still hadn't and we had to drive over there and pick it up. I had to put the cat in the carrier myself because she was terrified, and the dog came out with his harness on backwards and cutting into his neck. When we arrived 4 days later to collect our belongings, once again the owner was nowhere in sight. At the very least I would have expected an apology. If you value your pets' well being, then please take them somewhere else. The only reason I didn't ask for a refund is because with a business run like this, they'll need every penny they can get when they're eventually shut down.
We spent a lot of time researching various kennels and visited a few but it all came right when a friend suggested Leburnick as it's where they've kenneled their dog many times. Called to ask of we could visit to see the facilities and were invited along and shown round. After booking our baby in we were offered a free morning trial. We didn't need to do that because we were more than happy with the ladies and set up. Beautifully clean and indoor kennels for overnight stays. Then came our holiday which was made even more amazing by how relaxed we were about his stay. What was even more amazing was that we got bumped on our return flight and had to contact them through a relative to ask if they could keep him for extra days. No problem they said. He ended up at the kennel for a month in the end. On pick up day we paid and little man was trundled out with his stuff. He was immaculate. He also weighed the same as when he went in. We'd never ever used kennels before because he is part of our family. But we have no concerns in using this kennel again and in fact they can expect our custom again. It was such a relief to find a place like this after what we had seen. He was completely chilled out and happy and actually looked a little put out when he was home which was a shock. (November 2019). Can't thank the girls enough for their help in caring for our dog. He was given the run of their dog secure field and taken out regularly to relieve himself and a heat lamp if the temp falls below a certain level. Beautiful place. Secure and safe with 3 gates between the kennels and any roads. Couldn't have asked for more. Many Thanks.
