I have literally just returned from my eye test. Very thorough and they have all the modern kit to check your eyesight and eye health. Knowledgable and friendly staff. I've already forgotten the opticians name but she was lovely and you could have a giggle with her, but also ask her anything about any concerns or what they're checking etc. They are well set up to be Covid safe so you feel confident while you are in there. I'm actually looking forward to getting my new glasses and going on my contact lense trial! Great team in Launceston - keep up the good work :)

I am an 86 year old guy who cant get on with my current hearing aids. I have just returned home from an appointment with the audiologist. She was brilliant. Pointed out the alternatives which of course were not cheap, and suggested I went away and thought about it. No hard sell. I think I shall be back. Give her a pay rise!

This is a great opticians! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The optician that saw my daughter was excellent!! She made it a great experience. She explained everything and was fun and jovial. The perfect professional combination! I would definitely recommend this place to get eyesight tests and optical products.
