My wife and I drove from Westward Ho to their showroom where we were treated with great kindness. As the work was going to take several hours, after they had provided us with a cuppa the boss Ian , offered to drive us to the town centre to help us pass away the time, this enabled us to have lunch and when we were ready Ian collected us. This customer service was way above anything we had previously experienced and all members of the staff were so helpful keeping us up to date as the work progressed, the installation was completed in the time estimated and was of the highest quality. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Launceston. Good luck for the future.

Very helpful and friendly. Hired a scooter for my reluctant father in law for a week holiday in Bude. They advised on the most suitable scooter and were prepared to stay open until I arrived on a Bank holiday Saturday. I was able to get to them just before they closed at 12.30 and after a quick but thorough training session, we were off! The scooter proved to be invaluable and we had a great experience.

Helpful staff contact when booking and taking our scooter for a service which was, however, then let down several times by poor communication on progress. Shortly after this we returned the scooter for some diagnostics and on collection realised some screws were missing from the floorplate. Despite several emails and phone calls asking if they could kindly send 6 screws to us, we have had absolutely no response. We have obtained some from another company now so can use the scooter again. This was a great shame.

I was feeling really low about having to finally resort to getting a wheelchair to get about but once it was brought out for me to try out, I totally changed my mind. Ian, brought me the powered wheelchair that I had discussed with the lady in the office over the phone when we assessed which make and model would suit me best. I have anxiety problems so even getting out of the front door was difficult, but Ian was patient and explained everything carefully and gave me the confidence to give the wheelchair a try. Well, my whole perspective changed! I was supported as I drove the wheelchair across the road to the Hall that I would be going to mostly in my wheelchair. There were a few obstacles on the way but, with help, I managed them and we found the best curbs to go up and down. I kept thinking I was taking too long and holding Ian up, but nothing was too much trouble, even when I asked to go back down a curb again that may need some practice! My whole attitude has changed. I feel so excited now about the freedom and independence I will gain that I can't wait for my chair to be delivered in a couple of days. Thank you Ian....your patience and understanding made all the difference to how I was feeling about the wheelchair. Instead of dis-empowered, I feel totally empowered. Thank you also, to the ladies in the Launceston Office who have been lovely and very helpful, both when I first called to talk about my needs and in sorting out my fast delivery of my wheelchair.
