Took 2 big bags of washing in last week for a service wash, then collected the next day and was charged 15 which seemed fair enough for the amount done and got it back in 2 white bags that they use. Went back in yesterday with 1 big bag of washing and when collected it today, the charge was the same price of 15...yet half as much washing done!! When questioned this charge, the lady says they charge by the white bags that they put it in too. 9 for 1, 15 for 2. Our smaller amount of washing was indeed put in their 2 bags, but when we got home they were half full and we managed to put it all in one bag... They should change it to paying by the kg! What a rip off!

In August 2020 all new machines were installed and dispense its own washing soap. As well as coins, payment can now be made by notes and cards.
