Laundry.B caters for all ages and sizes me and my 20 year old daughter have both purchased items in the last few weeks and even though different sizes we can share our clothes items! It is quite addictive though and watching \the lives\ are brilliant as you see how outfits are put together and gives you a bit of inspiration to try new things!! Well done Laundry B in all areas!!

Beautiful products BUT found the staff in the store to be rather stand offish and unfriendly and did not feel particularly welcomed or valued. I have also bought two lovely items both both had buttons fallen off and in the case of the cardigan fraying within the first week. Real shame My daughter came with me to the shop in SH and agreed that the ladies serving were all very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Service at the till was really slow but with no acknowledgement or apology
Waiting for refunds from this company is a complete nightmare! You would think been a small boutique their refund policy would be much quicker, but no it’s like a big chain store. I will not be ordering again from this store!
Nice clothes extremely poor customer service . Really poor wrapping of the clothes At the till I've seen better wrapping at car boot sales ! Won't shop there again !
