Setting up consult was pretty fast and easy. Wait time for installation was a little long; 3-6 weeks. Was originally scheduled around mid December but got delayed due to snow storms. Installed on New Year’s Eve, same day. Fixed all leaks associated with running shower that’s been an issue for years. Bathtub was not replaced because of very expensive pricing and extensive involvement needed to do a large project such as this. Overall satisfied, only downside side is the cost, which was around 4,300.00 out of pocket.

We had one of the bathrooms remodeled about 15 years back and it now looks as new as it was then, with no signs of leaks or aging. So when we decided to change that bath again from tub to standing shower, we had no hesitation to call Bath Fitters again. So we got this and another bathroom (tub) converted into standing shower. The sales rep Steve walked us through the initial contract process with a great sense of humor and did a very professional job. Stacey kept us posted with prompt and clear updates on the progress of the project through scheduling the installation. The installation was completed just the past week. Like last time, they did an excellent job. The instal technicians John Baker, Charles Robertson and another gentleman (I forgot to ask his name), were very courteous, professional and respectful and did a great job in less time than they had originally estimated. We are quite impressed by the quality and workmanship and have no hesitation in recommending Bath Fitter to our friends and relatives. A great company with a wonderful team work.
Installation of a new tub/shower went without a hitch. Installer, “John” was prompt, professional and skilled, and left our bathroom spotless!
Mr. James Johnson who installed my new shower is polite and professional. He did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing his work. I am very appreciative.
