Had a great time while I visited this hooters! My server was Cheyenne and she will definitely have a regular from now on!! She was awesome and had a great attitude, even sang some good ole classic rock to me!!

We had an excellent time! The ladies were so nice. We were excited to see that they were open for dine in. They have outdoor seating open as well as the bar and indoor seating. They had my favorite buffalo shrimp and key lime pie. Everything was delicious.
I chose to go to this location instead of one that was closer to me because I have always enjoyed their food. I ordered 100 wings and shrimp. I was devasted after I got home, 40 min away to find out 75 of my wings were not good. They were hard and dry and did not have the sauce requested. It was my daughter's birthday celebration so I was livid and had to order pizza. I called that night and they said they could not remake it because it was superbowl night but the next day I spoke with a manager and she was very good and took care of me by requesting the full refund. A couple weeks later Rowan followed up and made sure I received it. Although I was upset the customer service made up for it. Thank you to the both of you for caring and understanding.
Expected great service, environment and experience, especially on a night like Super Bowl Sunday, we had a few too many things go wrong making it an annoying start to the evening. Wings were returned three times because they were stone cold. Fries were either too thin or over cooked causing them not to have good taste or missing seasoning. Ordering a buffalo chicken salad and getting fried chicken and no wing sauce. We ordered a platter to come out with all other meals and got it early. With all that (not naming EVERY other detail) the MOD never came. We had to ASK that “Luis” come and see us and came someone else. She heard us but made us understand she was not Luis nor introduced herself as the manager. After hearing us out, she offered us some compensation for the night. I guess if the cooks stayed in the kitchen instead of watching the game then that would’ve avoided a lot of the major issues tonight. My biggest question....why did it take so long or better yet, why did we have to ASK to have a manager come out and complain??? To top it off even more, we were also out of town celebrating an anniversary with the fam.
It’s SuperBowl Sunday and I’d expect them to be busy and a wait for order pickup. Online order placed 6:11pm. Arrived 6:37pm for pickup and to pay. It is currently 8:14pm and I am still waiting on one order of wings. Due to capacity limitations, the wait is outside. Two hour wait for wings?? The manager assured me at 7:42pm my order was in the queue and should be ready no more than 10-15 minutes from then. Edit: Hooters responded to my original 1 star review; the manager was in contact with me and addressed the issue, offered a refund, and was very kind about the whole situation. Clearly the wings are good if my husband requests the food even as carry-out. I appreciate their customer service approach in handling a negative experience of an exaggerated wait time.
