If you are looking for the best care for your pet Laurel Springs Animal Hospital is the place to go. Dr. Tierney is the best veterinarian in the area, she loves your pets, she is a great doctor and very knowledgeable.

Dr.Tireney is so kind and good with our dog. She is knowledgeable and has an efficient staff as well. When our dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes she really guided me through it. She takes time with her exams and my dog loves her.

The building itself is very new and modern with the office interior being very clean and well maintained. Staff are actually knowledgeable and very flexible with scheduling. Record keeping is on point. The veterinarian professionals are exceptionally patient and actually care about their patients. You can ask all the questions you need to if you're a first time pet owner without feeling rushed. They are very thorough but never pressure you on making decisions immediately or persuading you to incur unnecessary expenses for extra procedures. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for an informed, organized, low pressure veterinarian.

I felt this way because shortly after last visit Jackie was given clean bill of health even when I brought up things I had noticed. Jackie again was not herself took her to emergency vet was told Jackie had a kidney disease that she should have been getting treatment and when they saw her ,I was told she was having Kidney failure and was in severe pain and had been for a time. I had to make a very heartbreaking decision to euthanize her. You can only imagine how my heart is broken ...my sweet Jackie was suffering all that time and you gave her a clean bill of health. You had done test , x-rays and blood work. Something was overlooked. I suffer still with the knowledge she was in pain and I didn't know until it was too late. That's the reason for my change in rating. She is gone and my heart continues to ache .
