Jason was great! Although we ended up having a propane issue and not a heating issue he was still very helpful and informative. He was also patient, answered all of our questions and never made us feel like we wasted his time. Will continue to use Laury for all our heating and air issues. And will definitely always ask to have Jason sent out!

Thank you very much to Service Pro Aaron and Laury as a company! Aaron was able to diagnose and repair my electric heat pump within the first visit. He was even able to top off the fluid in my system, all for a 3rd of the cost that was quoted by another company (who had a wrong diagnosis anyway). What a headache that would have been to pay all that and not have it fixed! It is a smart move to call Laury, they won't quit until the job is done right. They are very transparent and fair with pricing. Most importantly, they want to earn your business. No tricks, no confusion. Aaron arrived on time, got right to work and two hours later I was no longer worried about how my house would stay warm this winter! I will only be calling Laury for my HVAC needs!
