It's central, new, has a chic look, serves light Japanese food and a nice mix of cocktails. Basically a great place to be for either an informal after-work or for the evening appetizer! Food - easy and light Japanese food, very fresh and well presented, not too gourmet and not too pricey. Drinks - other than the usuals, a decent offer of wines and a unique list of cocktails, with the possibility to customize your order. The place - modular, divided between high stool area, some small tables and a couple of larger tables. Possibility to eat / drink also at the bar. It's new, clean, with simple, minimalistic lines and a cool / relaxing overall feel. Music was not too loud. The service is fast and respectful. You might want to book in advance. Other than our table (we were two) being too close to the neighbouring one (understandable for the given space), I have no complaints.

Green chicken curry was delicious, perfectly complemented by the Pouilly-fumé. Friendly, reasonable prices and a great location near Lausanne Gare.

Cadre sympathique même si il manque un peu d'éclairage. Accueil et repas de très bonne mouture. Un Curry Vert à 28.- reste encore dans la norme, mais la Théière de Jasmin 8.50.- m'est resté en travers de la gorge ! Abe salut

Le restaurant "Petit Chêne" à Lausanne a été un vraie déception!!!! Le menu était très pauvre... l'explication fut que c'est mardi. J'ai pris une salade de crevettes et fruits, c'était horrible!, la salade était noyée dans une sauce blanche commerciale, les crevettes sentaient très fort une odeur désagréable et semblaient comme réchauffées d'un autre jour, et quant aux fruits, il n'y en avait pas 1 seul qui était frais! (de plus, mauvais fruits en boîtes). Délicatement je l'ai quand même fait savoir à la serveuse lorsqu'elle est venue vider la table et qu'elle a vu que je n'avait presque rien mangé. Aucun geste a été proposé (dessert ou café offert ou autre). C'était vraiment mauvais! (désolé...)
