confirmed reservation of a car via their what's app texting option. They ended up renting it to someone else just before my pick up date. no apologies. only offered a more expensive option. unprofessional and unreliable at best. Also beware of undisclosed hidden fees.

I've rented a car for the last weekend at Aloccars and really liked the service they gave me. They were very friendly helpful, and the office is right on the train station building of Lausanne! Really appreciated and I surely do recommend them!
