Two of the regular staff are helpful and professional. One guy is surly, and does his best to be unhelpful, arrogant, unpleasant and leaves one with a bad impression of the place. The response by the management to the above was swift and excellent. A recent visit to Art Computer was totally different - couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend for your Apple needs.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I wish I would have read and trusted the reviews, they are in no way helpful and don't seem to care about satisfying their customers. They told me that they could not replace a pre-damaged device, even though Apple itself in the online chat confirmed that they have to take it back since I was returning it within 14 days of buying the device. If you want to enjoy the tiniest amount of service, stay away.

I was hesitant to go to this shop due do it's low google ratings but APPLE made an appointment there for me. The staff in front is incompetent and sent me away. I went back with the APPLE Support Chat history and talking with the technician helped to make them accept to take my iPhone and send it to APPLE. Better go to the real APPLE store, even if it is in Geneva.
