UNPROFESSIONAL service, outdated processing system and waste of time. since four months i'm trying to cancel my account at the bcv. unfortunately, there is a bad collaboration between VISECA (where i had my creditcart account) and bcv itself. currently, there are still expenses i have to ballance because nobody will take the responsibility for that mistake. one star for the consultant today, who confirmed that i am right to ask for clarification, he doesn't understand it either.
Worst bank I have ever come across. Been waiting for 3 weeks to get a new maestro card. Service is unbelievably slow. Service between bank outlets differ. Cant speak English. It’s the 21st century, pls keep up. For any foreigners/ students/ expats - put your money els-where. Their SOPs are slow and outdated. Im currently in Thailand for work and they blocked my Mastercard for some reason. I called their service centre and they require me to send them a handwritten letter and other documents stating that i have changed address? No other bank in the world has shown such poor service to me. I pitty the staff that have to deal with all the complaints they must receive. Would recommend them to work for a bank thats more up to date.
Resulta que fuí al cajero y teniendo dinero en la cuenta no me dejaba sacarlo.Llamo al servicio al cliente y tras 15 minutos de espera nadie atiende en horario laboral y cuelgan. Me dirijo a hacia la oficina y la persona que dirige la fila me informa que por lo visto las tarjetas vienen con un límite de monto, el cual desde luego no te permiten escogerlo cuando abres la cuenta ni te avisan de ello...Total,pérdida de tiempo por algo que deberían prevenir. Así mismo para ser un banco tan grande el tiempo de espera para las gestiones es insultante...

Attente très longue au téléphone et enfin.. fausse alerte la communication est coupée. Rebelote pour une attente puis espoir. 25 secondes pour me dire qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire avec mon versement en faveur d'un de leur client car je ne suis pas client. Problème toujours actuel et aucune solution si ce n'est....
