Gorgeous hotel and grounds with walking paths, reading nooks and whimsical sculpture gardens. Very large, magnificently decorated and ultra comfortable rooms overlooking Lake Geneva with views of Evian. Extraordinary service, amazing spa and the most inviting pool. Worth the splurge!

The most luxurious "palace" hotel in Lausanne. Overlooking Lake Geneva (Lac Leman), the location, decor and service of this grand hotel is pure "old World" chic, discretion and quality. It is also now (March 2021) extraordinarily affordable at 400 per night! In bygone days, it would have been over 1000.

What an amazing experience this has been. I have stayed in some lovely, lovely hotels in my time but this one stands out as being the best. There is literally nothing I could fault and would like to make a special mention of how lovely, helpful and polite each and every staff member has been. Just exemplary! We had room service last night as we were exhausted and everything was of top quality, freshness and just incredibly tasty. We have had the best stay despite the stressful circumstances and it has done us so much good. A big thank you!

This hotel is just everything you can wish for! The interior is beautiful, the location fantastic (right by the lake), the staff very attentive yet not obtrusive and the food in all restaurants is just to die for! Thanks for hosting us for a great start into 2021!

Great location/view, splendid rooms (guess it also needs to be based on which kind of room was booked), good service (some outstanding and some a little room for improvement), great facilities, good choice of good restaurants, thus a top hotel. The only point of critics would be that there was one staff member who was somewhat arrogant and that one never can be versus a guest! No faults otherwise!

I haven't traveled around very much. The Lausanne treaty was made here. That's why I visited. I don't know much about the hotel
