Worst experience ever with an agency! I saw an appartement online on their website that I wanted to visit. I called the agency to book a visit - RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO! I explained I wanted to visit a flat (she sighed as through this seemed to displease her somehow?), then she asked me the address, I explained that the address was not complete on their website only the ZIP and the area but not the street number (again this is their website so what am I to do if they don't add it?). She then got very angry and asked me what I expected her to do without the address, I explained that it was missing from their agency website but there was a reference number if that helped. Her reply: I don't know what you want me to do without you giving me a full address Madame and she HUNG UP! Outrageous

Employee I dealt with didn't seem like they know what they were doing. I understand that they are dealing with heavy workload, but that's why being professional and responsive would be especially important, to avoid making people angry unnecessarily (the renting situation in Lausanne is terrible).
Totally clueless and disorganized. I contacted them literally 5 times to just have a copy of my rental contract via email. Used phone numbers provided and the web form for contact. Provided my correct email address each and every time. It's been 10 days and I have not received the contract. I called for the last time today and the office at Benjamin Constant said it's the office at the Gare de Lausanne that deals with my address. Surprise. I get transferred to the gare office and the woman says, no, it's the office at Benjamin Constant. LOL Totally lost. I just told them i would go there in person to get a paper copy like in 1965. Awful awful and really impressive how bad they are. They also seem to have a hard time with their database. I gave them my name and the names of the other people on the contract, and they weren't able to find it. Um. That is the basics of a search, the name. Turns out they have to input what floor you live on LOL It was just laughable.
Low quality materials and finishing, bad assistance, plenty of problems even with new building (eg they didn’t finish the roof properly) - you pay full value for a low cost construction advertised as “high standard”. Be very aware.

Nul en tout point. Service clients désastreux. Aucune sympathie. Personnel hautain et dédaigneux. Une honte à tous les étages.
