Broken screen, iPhone 8. Best price?? For 175.—, they put in an imitation (non Apple) screen, and without the heat protector, and without asking, plus they broke a contact of the home button in the process. When I complained the next day about the malfunction of the home button, the owner blamed my casing, was rude and turned me away. Elsewhere, the job (done properly) cost 169.-, plus 100.- to repair the home button...

I gave one star as unfortunately I cannot give zero.... I went to \best price\ because I wanted to change the small glass of the rear camera, surprisingly two weeks ago I have been told that it would cost 50CHF in total, and when I went back today the same person told me a complete different price (now 79.90 CHF). Since I doubt that price of the actual 11 cm glass (likely to cost less than 2 CHF) has changed, clearly the shop owner is a cheater. Bravo hilarious that the place is actually called \best price\ certainly they mean best price for them.

Wow, outstanding service! I had to replace an ssd drive, but i didn't have the right screwdriver. I went to them to buy one, but instead they let me use one for free, in their shop, and game me a free beverage too. Very happy!
