As a customer for the bike service at the Bicycles Shop, Jules gave me a clear overview of what have been done on my bike. I had the feeling that I can trust his job. Also, I was particularly impressed by the level of professionalism and the sense of customer service of this young lad. All in all a great experience for me and my bike :-) !!

not recommended! bad service, the boss there is very unfriendly to the customers and to his employees. they put the gears-changing in the wrong direction that it was scratching on the tire... I bought my bike there, which was the reason why I went there again each time I had a problem. there are a lot of good bike shops in Lausanne. no need to go somewhere with incompetent service!

Most rude people I've saw in my life, I went for an advise the guy almost began to shouting for a simple question, I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND this shop, better spent your money in other Bike shop!
