The hotel location is great. At laussane lake, 5 minutes to metro station, several near restaurants. The room will serve business travelers perfectly but maybe a little bit small for others. Breakfast is good, however not to many options. The staff is hospitable and helpful.
The worn out and very old mattress was unacceptable. It is unbelievable that in a suite of a 5 star hotel this is possible. After my intense complains a topper was added. This helped little as the mattress underneath was so worn out. Nice Coffee and Tea faicilities but unfortunately missing electric plug. The bathroom was very small and the shower was in the bathtub. Tray area very small. Overall Room (suite) 516 is a missconstruction and not worth the US 500 a night.
Modern Hotel in ancient castle. Amazing place directly at lac leman. Breakfast room an lobby is rather „kitsch“. Rest pretty ok
Every thing was wonderful here, Check in, Check out, the room with a lake view is worth the price. The staff is wonderful and always pleasant. The rooms are clean and well appointed. If you need anything, do not be afraid to ask the staff, I needed an Iron and Ironing board and they brought them up within minutes. Loved my stay and we are planning our next trip already.
